Just bought my dress from the Sheridan location yesterday and i have to say the customer service was top notch. I was greeted with a smile and made to feel very welcome. I had Mindy and she was great. I never felt pressured or rushed in any way. I will be requesting her for my bridesmaids dresses appt as well. Overall a nice experience!

The ladies working here are amazing. Maria you were so much fun and found me the perfect mother of the groom dress.And Hanaa thank you so much for caring so much and taking me in right away for alterations.I was cutting it close and you two ladies just made my whole day. I really wish I could give 10 stars. � � � � � � � � � � You guys are great and can't wait to come back on the 25th to pick up my beautiful dress. I had read some poor reviews of Davids Bridal, and many of them sounded like they were from unprepared brides. DEFINITELY look at the website BEFORE you go in and see what you want to try on. It will save you a ton of time flipping though a book and waiting for the consultant to come over and keep checking. I came in with six pictures off their website (several they didn't have floor models of though which was disappointing) and got to trying on dresses almost immediately.
