I came in with my mom, soon to be mother in law and my grandma expecting to get a feel of the style dress that I would like. I had no intention on purchasing a dress. Betsy was so so great to us. I wouldn't have had such an amazing experience if it wasn't for her being such a great consultant! I was VERY nervous to look at dresses because I didn't think I would be able to pick one. Betsy made finding my wedding dress so memorable and WAY better than I ever expected. Thank you SO SO much Betsy!

From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed! My first encounter was when I found my dress and now with my daughters dress Colby was amazing she treated my daughter like a princess and was patient with her!!! Most important is that she matched her dress with mine!! Thanks for your help and dedication!!!

The women at this location are the best! My daughter, a junior bridesmaid in my sister's wedding, hit a growth spurt and we needed to do a size exchange. Tyarra was extremely helpful on the phone. Once in the store, Beth easily handled the exchange (and helped expedite the dress getting here for September 30) while Penny assisted my daughter and me with the sizing of the dress. I am so grateful for these women helping to ease my nerves and making the drive from PA worthwhile.

Wow. I went in an Robert was immediately welcoming, even though we did not have an appointment (shame, I know). He was friendly and helpful and very encouraging. We were in and out. Everyone, from the seamstresses we met to the women behind the alterations desk as well as behind the register, were all extremely lovely. I found my dress, and couldn't have been more happy. I hope alterations are as easy as this was!
