My whole experience was great, but today in alterations after getting my bussles placed they were trying to fix an issue with my dress, after they figured out what needed to fixed I happen to notice something in the very front. It was a snag. � that accidentally got pulled when they were adjusting things. The girl was very apologetic but they didn't offer any discount or anything that could make up for the mistake. They were able to make the snag go away but who knows if it'll come back. I really hope not or I hope they can ... read more

The woman in the alterations department (I think her name was Mal or Mel) was enormously helpful! My initial alterations weren't quite right, so she fixed it for me right away. I also expressed frustration that my undergarments weren't fitting right, and she added darts on them for me right then and there. She went above and beyond to make me feel happy with my dress, and I'm so grateful!

Linda and Nicole was the best they made my day and found my wedding dress. I tried the first one on and knew it was my dress. I didn't try any more on after that
