I got my wedding dress here. Laura was excellent when helping me pick gowns. She gets 5 stars. But I went there today to pick up the dress & the service was less than stellar. One girl found my dress and got it ready for me up try on. Another helped me get into it as I was by myself. Those girls were perfectly fine. But otherwise that's it. No one offered any other help. Megan in alterations was amazing today. After my first alterations appointment I was concerned as I was not happy with the service. Today was the complete opposite of my first appointment. Megan was easy to work with, wanted to make sure I was happy and had a great attitude. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!
