I easily made an appointment online after store was closed, they confirmed almost immediately. I was treated with respect. Everyone was was pleasant and professional. The assistant found the dress I wanted by number very easily, so I gave her some other numbers and she quickly brought those, I bought one dress, then I called the next day and bought another , to be picked up, I saved over $40.00. I absolutely loved my experience with this David's Bridal! My appointment was at 10:30 a.m. and I walked in with my matron of honor and one of my bridesmaids at about 10:20. I walked right up to the check in desk and got all signed in. We were then directed straight to the dresses to pick out certain styles that we liked. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and given a person who knew about the wedding. She showed several dresses and was very polite. It was a very nice experience
They have the staff! I've went to a few other bridal stores and David's Bridal hands down exceeded my expectations!! 💜
I only went in today with the intentions of browsing for bridesmaids dresses. My planner decided we should look at wedding gowns as well. Bah humbug....was my initial thought. My stylist, Andrea, was very attentive and really knew what she was doing. Being a former DB employee, myself, I saw her genuineness and it helped ease my not wanting to try on any type of dress, much less, shoes, veil, undergarments..... lol. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I plan on sending her an invite to my wedding!

I am so pleased with David's Bridal Rivergate . The customer service was outstanding . I just love love Devon and Sonya the store manager . The choices were amazing . I had went to Several other stores with no luck. I was able to buy off the rack which made it even better . They made me feel so special and beautiful . Thanks ladies ! ❤️
Went in today to Just Look since my Wedding is a Year away. Ended up Finding the ONE. My Stylist was KYLIE i Loved her very Nice and helped me with everything always checked on me in a timly manner since other customers were wanting her. Plus i didnt have a appointment. I walked in and out in maybe 2 hrs tried on about 10 dresses. Going back in a week for bridesmaids fitting hope shes there �
Well all was good until the next day. I had went in tried on the dress fan the dress I loved and seen the price and was happy that I wanted the dress and I'd be back tomorrow to put money down. I had called the next day to ask how much money I actually had to put down and the lady had told me my dress was actually way cheaper than it said on the and the lady had told me my dress was actually way cheaper than it said on the tag originally so I said I would have someone in to pay the down payment I was so excited.
