Brianna was AWESOME! I was a walk-in on a Saturday (when they are super busy) and she made me feel like I was important! I am scheduling an actual appointment for next weekend with her! She was sweet, helpful and genuinely interested in my exciting big day!
My mother, sister and two nieces went on a whim back in February. The consultant was definitely new and didn't really understand what I was going for. My sister found the PERFECT dress and I fell in love with it. Went back yesterday with my mom and niece and had Faith (sp?) and she was BEYOND amazing! I made an appointment Friday morning for 12:30 that afternoon. Asked Alexandria M to do the impossible: find the perfect dress for the picky child for her Prom the next day so it has to be something she loves, fit her off the rack with no alterations and be in our budget. She listened to what my daughter liked/didn't like, helped her find some dresses to try on - and WOW. We could not be happier with the experience we have had at David's Bridal! My daughter had no clue what kind of dress she wanted or even her wedding color for the bridesmaid dresses.
