I went there to see a bridesmaid dress and was a very nice experience. Tomika helped me and I loved her attention... Thank you Tomika
The staff was very friendly and helpful, even when the store was swamped with customers. The staff made an effort to make sure everyone was being taken care of, and trying their best to help make decisions. The lady who helped me named Karen did a fabulous job of helping me pick my wedding dress, and accessories to go match. Overall, a wonderful experience.

I have been to David's Bridal 2 times now. Both times I had some awesome helpers. But I have to give an A+ to Lauren Taylor, she was so much fun to work with. She was energetic and fun. Cracked jokes and we laughed a lot. Although I'm still not 100% on the dress, when I go back to look at more, I will only work with Lauren!!!

This is my second time going to the Springfield store and both experience was amazing.. Katherine was the front end and she was a wonderful lady i had to go pick up my daughters bridesmaid dress and unfortunately I was in a bit of stress and had explained to Katherine the situation I was in with my wedding dress and if I could make an appointment which was for today I ended up crying and she was so comforting as she was doing that our same consultant Shantez passed by and saw us and asked if all was ok.
