I had a fantastic experience! I was unaware that you had to have an appointment and I was still fit in and I was set up with an amazing stylist (Angie) she was super attentive and had a wonderful people personality! She made the experience super enjoyable and stressless and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! I recommend this location for their great service and even greater employees

The service here is amazing, I just walked into the store without an appointment and the staff welcomed us in and got us a stylist despite being so busy! My stylist was Lindsey and she was the absolute best! I would really recommend that you look for her in store. She asked me what i liked and didn't like, picked out the best dresses for me and assisted me in every step of the way. She's amazing!

Had the best time today with Megan at the Knoxville store! I was dreading the experience and almost left before my appointment began. I am so glad I stayed! I found the exact look I had imagined! She listened and made the experience a good one!
