We had an excellent experience shopping for my Best Friend's dress yesterday. Sarah helped us and was amazing. Everyone was super professional and the dress selection was great. I will definately be back for my own wedding and will refer people here as well.
I can't say enough about this place! I originally bought my wedding dress in Middletown Davids and what a disaster! My $1700.00 dress came in and didn't fit!....at all! The girl there told me to just not put my arms straight down and the shoulders won't fall off! And because of the type lace it couldn't be altered! And promptly sent me out the door with the wedding dress didn't fit! My wedding planner called Albany Davids Bridal they told me to come up with the dress! The customer service in this store was so amazing. With having an emergency exchange situation, I was worried I would be told "no, there is nothing we can do". However, Janet the Store Manager was fantastic and went so above and beyond to assist with both herself and her staff that I left so happy and relieved. Thank you Freehold Staff!!!
My experience at David's Bridal has been so easy. I Found my wedding dress within 20 minutes, and Michele, the woman doing my alterations was such a pleasure to work with. The entire team and staff truly have their customers interest at hand.
I had the best experience! Had an appointent at 10:30 and I was there really early so they told me to look around until someone could help me. I picked out a couple dresses and then Pamela showed up to help. I showed her pictures of dresses I loved and she found similar ones and was the nicest person! She asked all the right questions to help me find the perfect dress! She didn't rush me on deciding which dress I wanted but the first dress I tried on was the one and she helped make sure that it was the one!! It was wonderful... read more
