After dealing with another shop that made my daughter feel awful and tried to force what they wanted her to buy we made an appointment here. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and my daughter left feeling like a bride should, beautiful and happy.
My stylist Trish was amazing! I tried on 2 dresses but, as she predicted, I only needed the first One! I loved it so much I put it back on after the second! The veil that she gave me as a Try-on was also so amazing I ended up ordering it too! And with the veil, I got a BEAUTIFUL hair piece half off! I can't tell you how amazing my experience was! I had the absolute best service today at David's Bridal. I walked in nervous, not knowing if I was going to find THE dress. The lady that assisted me, Bebea, was so very helpful from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. She was extremely polite, guided me through everything, smiled big, gave me advice and made me feel so confident. I cannot thank her enough for helping me as much as she did. Thankfully, I said YES to the dress! I am very pleased with David's Bridal in Madison.
