This past weekend my bridesmaids and I had our appointment to find my dress. Samantha was our stylist and she was very helpful. She stayed patient during my indecisiveness and really paid attention to the things I liked and disliked about each dress I tried on. She ended up bringing me the dress that I finally said yes to. I was very happy with my stylist.

My daughter was shopping for a prom dress and was at another Davids Bridal location and the staff was not very helpful. She ended up going to the Northlake store and the customer service was outstanding! Thank you so much for helping her when I was unable to be there with her. And shame on the other location!

Okay long story short, the girl assigned to help my Bridal group was awful. She was very unhelpful from the get go. Every time we needed her, she was no where to be found. At one point, I'm assuming a family member, brought her son in to see her at work....at which point he proceeded to throw a temper tantrum in the middle of the store. She then left us for about 15-20 to deal with that while she was on the clock supposed to be helping us. I came in looking for a dress for my courthouse wedding. Bridget was amazing! She was so helpful and was making sure I was well taken care of. My consultant Melissa was fantastic. I was unsure as to what I wanted but based on what I told her she was able to pull some great dresses and didn't lose her patience with me.

I had a good experience, my only complaint was it was a little warm in there and when you're trying on a bunch of dresses a little air conditioning would have been nice.

I recently visited David's bridal hoping to find the perfect dress for the first military ball I am attending with my boyfriend. Because of my work hours I arrived at David's bridal with only a hour left to the stores close, and when I went in the store I was greeted and told where to sign in.
