Had a wonderful experience today. I booked a appointment to get an idea for wedding dresses, I had Caroline and she was very professional and had lots of wonderful ideas. She listened to everything that I was looking for and made it happen. She is a absolute gem! Thank you so much 😊

I had the consultant Maureen (I'm not sure if I'm spelling it right!) and she was perfect. She not only made today special, fun, and easy, but she actually picked the dress I chose. I never in a million years have even looked at the dress she pulled out for me, but as soon as I put it on I knew it was The One™; it was truly as if she knew me and my style perfectly after just 5 minutes of conversation. Went with my 2 daughters and granddaughter and the service was impeccable! I said yes to a beautiful dress; that is perfect for this mature bride. My stylist was capable, kind and great at her work. All the dresses that I had liked on the webpage prior to my appointment she brought to my room plus a couple that we saw in the store and then one she picked. That is the dress I ended up loving and purchased. Thank You Samara!
I was really nervous about this appointment because the previous one I had been to with my best friend for her wedding was awful. Fortunately, Shelly that works at the 71st location was awesome! Super helpful and not pushy at all! She did a great job at practically reading my mind cause I wasn't 100% on what I wanted. Super friendly and great customer service, found a beautiful dress at a great price!
