I had an excellent experience with David's Bridal, but what really made it exceptional was the consultant I had for my appointment! Lauren S. really listened to me and found as many dresses on the list I provided as possible. After not being 100% on any one dress, she found something on her own that had everything I wanted (and even features I didn't think I would love). I had a fantastic experience with Mrs. Mary! She was able to fit me with a longline bra to go under my dress with only knowing my dress size and what I normally wear. First one she brought into the dressing room fit perfectly. She was exceptionally professional and treated me with kindness, especially given how nervous I was. Mrs. Mary is the example of what great Customer Service should look like in all businesses. Thank you Mary for making this a pleasant experience!
I just had a really good experience with David's bridal. I am a bride affected by the closure of Alfred Angelo. All is my and my fiance' s children are in the wedding, and I had just purchased two dresses. Two weeks ago. So those dresses will now not be made. It was a mad dash to David's. We told them what happened, they gave us space and time to pull all the dresses we wanted and allowed time to try them all on. Went in for the first time looking for a dress to wear at an award ceremony. I was so pleased with the customer service and the attention to me. They listened to what I was looking for and I ended up with 2 dresses instead of 1.Would definitely recommend.
So Haleigh and Amy are wonderful. I went in, and Haleigh had me try on two dresses and I thought the second one was the one for me! I went home, mulled it over--decided it wasn't for me, so I came back and Haleigh and Amy helped me try on 3 new dresses along with the dress I already bought-- and we found the one that made me tear up! I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend visiting here for your wedding dress. Emily N. was the best to work with and made me feel extremely comfortable, despite this being my first store looking at wedding dresses. She recommended the two dress styles I ended up loving and ones I would never have picked if she hadn't recommended them. Her recommendations were based on my preferences and wish list for my dress. Even though I didn't find my dress there, I had an overall fantastic experience.
Had an amazing experience yesterday with my consultant Samonica. She was super sweet and really listened to what I had to say as far as my likes and dislikes on dresses. She was really patient with me and gave me great advice on what to look for with my dress. Even though I walked out of there without a dress, I had a better idea of what I wanted and what's going to flatter me than from when I walked in. I definitely will set up a follow up appointment with Samonica soon!
