Mercedes in the alterations department in Danvers did a tremendous job with my bridal gown. Sales person that originally sold me my gown could have been a bit more personable and helpful and computer system there is terrible. (Takes forever to pay for anything!). But in the end I was very happy with how my dress turned out. Bridesmaids seemed happy with their dresses and that's what mattered). Don't buy jewelry there thought. Several bridesmaids' necklaces broke.
Such a great experience. I would recommend this place to everyone.
Great service and megan was so helpful. Walked in a couple of minutes early and they took me right in to my appoinment.
