I had a great experience on Saturday 👍. I went in for alterations and I was a little nervous that the dress wouldn't fit and immediately I was assured that everything would be fine. I was told that if it was too tight they could let some out and if it was too loose they could take some in. I walked with a smile on my face.😊
My stylist was Kaitlyn and she was great! It took a few moments for me to get helped at the front desk because they were figuring out other things, and after being directed to sit down with my group Kaitlyn finally came to help us. She was very friendly and talkative, with a good sense of humor! She was a busy worker! I noticed she was also helping the group next to mine but she made sure my needs were taken care of. We initially started with a less experienced individual to assist us each time. One pulled bridesmaid dresses, but then didn't help zip up the dresses or tell how to do the versatile dress (we had to ask a different girl). Then Amy stepped in to help. Amy has been AMAZING to work with. Amy does a great job listening to what you are looking for, or ask the right questions to narrow it down. My daughter had ordered her wedding dress from Albert and Angelo and my other daughter ordered her bridesmaid dress as well from there, then finding out they closed their doors and no dresses, everyone was in panic mode. Thank you David's Bridal for helping us yesterday with the bridesmaid dress, everyone was so helpful. Today the bride will be going to the store in Houston, to yet buy another wedding dress.
I had the most AMAZING experience. They were so helpful and did not leave my side. I would refer Anyone to come here. They really do make you feel so special on your dress day!!
