I had a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding dress. I had Isabella as my stylist, and she went above and beyond to make feel special. She was very patient and very caring. Although I did not find "the dress" I would recommend this store, and especially Isabella.
So so so helpful! This location in awatukee is amazing everyone is so helpful! Tam the dress alterationist is literally a lifesaver! She altered my dress rushed notice in less than an hour! So thankful for everyone on staff here!
The employees are very nice and pleasant but the only thing that stops me from giving them the 5 stars is that they will make you wait some time without apologizing for the delay. But once they tend to you they are very informative and helpful. Also the store is a little disorganized when it comes to the veils. But at the end I got what I wanted. My daughter is very happy with her veil.
Es algo mágico estar eligiendo vestido de novia, y si es para mi hija más... Aunque ya es la segunda, pero aun así no dejo de emocionarme... Y el servicio fue excelente, deben tener mucha paciencia las personas que trabajan ahí, quedamos muy contentas
