I went to David's Bridal with my daughter Rebecca Hendrix on 26 June 2017. The selection of dresses was amazing BUT the very best thing was the customer service. Lila was a wonderful help, she was so kind and thoughtful helping Rebecca, and her manager Stacy the same. I'll more than likely go back for my mother of the bride's dress if they will help me. Best experience with customer service I've had in years.
Yesterday my cousin(bride) myself(MOH) and bridesmaids visited this location for an appointment. Jewell was who helped us. She was AMAZING! She listened to what we had to say and gave her opinion! We found the dresses for the wedding and with no issues!
I went in expecting to get a simple dress as we are having a very small wedding right on the beach on Maui in September. I only wanted to spend a certain amount for the same reason. Patty helped me find the perfect dress for me and she was more than I could have ever asked for! She was such a sweet and caring lady and was there for me for anything I needed.
