I had purchased a prom dress here back in January and of course I was upset to find out that my dress had no longer fit but the lady working there had no problem letting me exchange my dress for a new one�. The first time around the customer service was great too, they were very nice about sizing me and asking for what kinds of things I wanted in a dress.
Jeny was very helpful and both time that we came to the store she help us with a big smile!
I went to pick out my wedding dress today and it was such an amazing experience! Sarah was so incredibly helpful and I was able to say yes to the second dress I tried on! She knew my style and understood exactly what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better consultant or experience!!
The customer service from Amanda and her team is an eleven out of ten! I live in Saskatchewan, and explained to Amanda over the phone that the dress I'd ordered from another company showed up in the complete wrong colour. Recognizing I was now on an ultra-tight timeline, Amanda went above and beyond to ensure I got precisely the dress I was after, with plenty of time to spare before the wedding. I HIGHLY recommend David's Bridal Winnipeg to any brides- or bridesmaids-to-be... no matter where you are in Canada!

Davids Bridal in Lexington is amazing! All of the staff I've worked with are so nice and accommodating! They have gone above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect dress!!! Thank you ladies so much!
I went there today at David's Bridal on Preston in Dallas. And the lady that helped me Ashley was so great and sweet. She helped me out so much and even though I gave her a cryptic description of what I wanted my dress to look like she nailed it. And I got the just of my dreams thank you Ashley for everything you've done and I love my dress.
