Great experience! My daughter was prom dress shopping and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful!
I called and made an appointment and then had to change it shortly after for another time which they accommodated without problem and also confirmed by email. The appointment was for five bridesmaids to try on dresses. Our stylist Hayley was attentive and helpful. She did not rush us in any way and went to pull dresses multiple times. The experience overall was good, I was disappointed however to find that although I had selected multiple "favorites" online one of the designs was not in the store nor in any other location. My daughter and I went "last minute" prom dress shopping and we were a bit reluctant to stop at David's Bridal because we assumed they only specialized in bridal attire. We were greeted by Lila, a very friendly salesperson, and she directed us to the prom dresses. What a pleasant a surprise! We looked through the dresses and picked about 6-7 to try on and Lila set us up in a dressing room and actually waited to see how the dresses fit.
