I called and made an appointment and then had to change it shortly after for another time which they accommodated without problem and also confirmed by email. The appointment was for five bridesmaids to try on dresses. Our stylist Hayley was attentive and helpful. She did not rush us in any way and went to pull dresses multiple times. My daughter and I went "last minute" prom dress shopping and we were a bit reluctant to stop at David's Bridal because we assumed they only specialized in bridal attire. We were greeted by Lila, a very friendly salesperson, and she directed us to the prom dresses. What a pleasant a surprise! We looked through the dresses and picked about 6-7 to try on and Lila set us up in a dressing room and actually waited to see how the dresses fit.
