Courtney the sales rep was wonderful and very patient with me. She understood what I wanted and needed for my wedding dress and the rest of my wedding party. She's great everyone and their store has a better variety of dresses. I'm in love with my wedding gown. Thanks Courtney.

I needed a way for the 4 girls in my Bridal party to get a beautiful dress each in a different color (same length and material) to create an artistic palette of perfection for my special day. Most girls are in NYS but one is in Ohio. I worked closely with the store manager who was accommodating, patient, kind, and timely. All other employees were patient and kind with all interactions as well. They were great at contacting me over the phone and via e-mail. I am happy and all 4 girls in the Bridal party are happy!
Beautiful Selection. We arrived the moment they opened, bought our dresses, ended up driving back home, picking up more people, and coming back the same day. The ladies were helpful the entire time. 10/10 recomend.
Stopped by David's Bridal in Johnson City yesterday. My daughter and I had been searching for her perfect prom dress and honestly through ALL of the stores in 3 different cities had not had the best of experiences. Emily S greeted us as we entered, listened to our frustrations, calmed my daughter down when they didn't have the dress she had fallen in love with online and said I am here to help. I had an amazing experience at David's bridal in Dartmouth Crossing! Though I may have been in a wedding party and not the bride trying on dresses, I found the staff to be incredible and accommodating. There was a woman at the front desk - Mandy who was so friendly, helpful and sweet. I really enjoyed speaking with her and having her assistance. Keep up the good work! I'll tell you right now who made the experience worthwhile: Mary. I was frustrated by the person at the "welcome" desk, who tried to tell me they didn't have what I needed...fortunately I'd looked on the website. Also fortunately they matched me with Mary! She was funny, clever, knew the line, body positive, and just freaking awesome. Request her! And Davids, give her a raise. Associates like Mary will make your potential bridesmaid annoyance into a pleasure.
