On both my visits to this location the associates were warm and friendly. One helped me pick out my beautiful dress and celebrated with me... and the other helped me try it on when I picked it up a few weeks later. Both ladies made me feel special and I would recommend David's Bridal in Novi to any lady looking for a beautiful dress and great customer service. Thank you ladies! �

Great atmosphere! Great experience . The sales lady really was awesome. Really listened to my friends wants/needs in a dress. So my friend found the perfect dress and said yes to her dress.
I had a wonderful experience, being an older first time bride they made me feel very welcome and very helpful. They were great in helping me find a different dress, as I had ordered from the online location. Note to those who are short/ petite and chunky it's best to go directly to the store, and be fitted properly. I am under a short time period as I am getting married on May 6th, Annie and Jen were great, I would definitely recommend Davids Bridal...

I was there to get a bridesmaid dress.Great experience the manager was wonderful.
Our 1st experience a month ago was not great but they were so busy we decided to make an appointment and go back a 2nd time. The beginning we were told to grab some dresses, try them on and let them know if we needed help. I wasn't happy but that's what we did. THEN Pam saw that we weren't being helped and totally stepped in and got several different dresses for my daughter to try on.
