I just spoke to Kristin about exchanging a bridesmaid dress for a wedding I have coming up in 6 weeks. She was extremely helpful, understanding, and accommodating. Anybody working in customer service should take a lesson from her in the way to run a facility. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!
I'm spending a lot of time at David's Bridal lately and I'm impressed by their attention to detail. This includes me as the bride and all of my bridesmaids.
It was awesome!!!! They were patient and helped have a great time and enjoy the moment! Also Clara from Alterations was perfect!!!! Super nice, easy going and very very professional and made my appointment delightful
Alterations for my wedding gown were a bit complicated due to its beautiful design. However, Baiyi was excited for the challenge, and my first fitting with her was excellent. She listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I felt good about all the pins she placed expertly on the gown. She also fixed a few extra things that I didn't even notice. I'm so relieved that she is working on my dress. I can't wait to pick it up!
I had a wonderful experience at The Davids Bridal in Robison. I worked with several ladies and they were all friendly and made me feel so comfortable. The alterations were amazing!
The store seemed a bit understaffed and it required me to keep checking in for my scheduled appointment. Everyone seemed busy. I purchased the undergarments I used to try dresses on. I felt that I need to get down more on weight and will be doing that then coming back in and shopping smaller sizes. Plenty to choose from in smaller sizes.
We worked with @[1447567166:Michelle] and she's so wonderful and knowledgeable. My Mom was looking for a dress for a renewal ceremony and Michelle was so patient; my Mom must have tried on ten dresses or more, but Michelle stayed cheerful and helpful throughout the entire appointment.
They are easy going.. they are the only shop that has there stuff together.. I went to wausau to find a dress but didn't help me like the girls at David's bridal or any other shop I was in.. David's bridal they help you with everything and talk to you.. makes u feel good in your dress.. they make sure what your looking for. And helps u with your dress.. I'm in love with my dress.. can't wait for my wedding in Sept.. also I was there a couple days ago and found my bridesmaid dresses.. they were in a different category but th... read more
