I was there in January after a bridal show and seen a dress I loved. We went tried on dresses liked but not loved kept asking about the one at the show they finally found it it was coming back from being cleaned from the show. Loved the dress but I'm plus size and couldn't try it on. Since the dress is new this year I was told there should be multiple sizes out there she'd order it and I could try it in a few weeks. The ladies are so polite . . we were there 3 times to pick the dress, alterations & to finally pick up my daughters wedding dress . they all helped her so much & made us top priority . . thank you all . . my daughters wedding day is going yo b fabulous . . Thanks again to y'all for all your help!
I had an amazing experience with Ms. Birdi! She knows what she is talking about when it comes to alterations. I mean yeah the alterations were very expensive but when I went for my final fitting everything was PERFECT! Couldn't be any happier, she really does go the extra mile to make sure everything was good before I left with the dress!
This experience meant everything! Kassidy was absolutely fabulous at her job and brought out exactly what I was looking for! Definitely recommend them!
I made an appointment for my 16 year old daughter at David's Bridal to look for a Junior Prom dress for her. Anyone who has a teenage daughter knows how difficult it can be to find something for someone who is extremely picky and opinionated. I walked in worried we were going to have trouble finding something that would look flattering that she would love. I came in today, accompanied by my Mom, to try on wedding dresses for the first time ever. I was a little nervous and really afraid that I was going to feel pressured to make important decisions on the spot. This was not at all the case. Melissa was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, so patient, and so helpful. She made me feel comfortable, she helped accessorize my dress, and when I mentioned that I wanted to take a day to finalize my decision, she was totally understanding.
