I came in with an appt , my stylist worked hard , she was good & tried to make me comfortable in the process , however I was a bit disappointed when she was called to the front & upon her return she announced a second appt had arrived & would have to go back & forth between us , fortunately I had made up my mind so that I could get past however the lady in the altering dept embarrassed me in front of several other ladies as she was telling me what needed altered & the cost to alter it, I'm unfamiliar with the process so I gu... read more
My appointment was on the weekend, and it was really busy in there. We had made an early apt. which was perfect because we could look around and be helped before the crowd hit. The girl that helped us was so sweet and so helpful. She seemed very interested in what I had to say about each dress, and seemed to have a sincere want to help me find the right dress. Jennifer was absolutely amazing! It can't be easy trying to coordinate and set up four girls with bridesmaid dressed to try on while also helping a separate party look for a prom dress, but she did it! And she was attentive and helpful to boot. We were all a little nervous because we had stopped at the David's Bridal in Danbury a while back and had a truly horrendous experience. I truly enjoyed the experience and the young lady that assisted us was excellent. She was personable and very attentive and helpful.
My friend who's the bride made an appointment but for some reason they overbooked and it was WAY WAY TOO crowded in there. You legit couldn't move in the dressing room area.
