Trish is AMAZING!!! She is the best employee, super helpful, and definitely the reason I bought my dress from Davids Bridal. She even came in on her off day to help my bridesmaids! The only reason I rated 3 is because I've never been treated like a burden in this store until Saturday!!! Sadly, I wasn't able to have Trish help me because she was slam packed with brides, but I was ready to leave the store 5 mins after being in there! A friend and I took are daughters shopping for their grad dress yesterday and spent the entire day trying everything on that we could! After checking out 12 different stores we ending up at David's Bridal in Hamilton. We were immediately greeted by Melissa T. who was very friendly and took care of us every step of the way! Melissa not only found us the dress my daughter fell in love with but she is also shipping in one for my daughter's friend! Excellent service!
I went into the Zona Rosa shop with my Mother, Maid of Honor, & my cousin yesterday. We made an appointment, as soon as I walked in the door I was greated by multiple ladies that were eager to help me find what we needed. I worked with Nicole. Nicole went above and beyond! She made the stress and the nervousness I had of finding a dress fun and exciting! Needless to say I did leave with my dream dress yesterday. If you go to the Zona location ask for Nicole!
My first visit, when I found my dress was great. When I went back to try it on it was okay. Everyone was extremely rushed, which was mentioned several times, and very businesslike. Any attempt to engage with a comment or a question was basically ignored. The only truly friendly person was my original salesperson who came to see me with the dress on. I love my dress, and thank goodness my initial visit was enjoyable; otherwise it is doubtful I would go back.
Tomyka was outstanding! So helpful and truthful, best stylist I've worked with.
