Charlotte was amazing in helping me find the perfect dress for my wedding day! The store was busy but she was attentive and listened to what I wanted in a dress. I cannot wait to wear the dress!!

We went here today to order my best friends wedding gown as well as mine and two other bridesmaids dresses. After past experiences that were not the best, today my opinion of this place changed thanks to one of the managers. Her name was Sarah. We ordered our dresses and got excellent customer service. I came in today for a bridal appointment and Brock was my stylist. She was AWESOME! I tried on at least 9 different dresses and through out every one she was so patient. The dress I chose didn't have a train on it like I wanted so she looked up the dress online and ordered the one with the train. I highly recommended place. I had an amazing experience at the Durham David's Bridal with the help of my consultant Jarliua and the manager Lindsay. They were extremely helpful and provided a calm and nonstressful process of making sure I found the right dress. I found the dress I love at a price I did not mind paying.
