My daughter and I had to go shopping for a prom dress and a brides maid dress for me. The place was very busy with it being a Saturday. One lady told me I would have to come back to do my dress and I understood that. When we got help the young lady Kaylee helped my daughter find the perfect prom dress and helped me find my dress. She didn't have to but she took the time with both of us and I want to say it was a great experience!

One of my dear friends is getting married and has chosen David's for the bridal party's attire. When I called to see if my dress was available, I didn't receive great customer service at all. However, I dropped by on yesterday and was assigned to Katelyn at the Macon Store. She was amazingly helpful and extremely personable. I was told that I would have to order my dress, but she took the extra step to see if the dress was actually in stock....AND, it was! Went there yesterday. Had a good experience. Said yes to the dress. Only thing I didn't like the lady helping me got assigned another bride the same time she was helping me.

We had great service yesterday! Shawnette, the manager, came to check on us while we were shopping. Liz from alterations answered a few questions I had and Victoria at the desk provided great customer service. My daughter got a beautiful dress for her prom!
Had an amazing experience!! I went to look at wedding dresses and took along some family. Sara B. Was fantastic!!! She was so kind and helpful. She devoted time to us and was so helpful.
