I'd like to give a huge shout-out to the team at David's Bridal Danvers, specifically Evelyn. I had found a dress at the DB in Nashua and then decided last minute to change it. Came in without an appointment and was met with friendliness, willingness to help, and positivity. The experience at the Danvers location versus the Nashua location was night and day. Payman and Lolo were wonderful! I came in to get a dress altered and they were very quick and the dress came out perfect! I will definitely be coming back to alterations!
Absolute best customer service I have ever received! Everyone was very attentive and genuinely kind. Very accommodating and really helped with everything I needed. HIGHLY recommend and will be back!
Olga in the alterations department at the Southpoint Mall Durham, NC location did a fantastic job hemming my dress, replacing cups and creating a bustle. She created a much more difficult bustle to preserve the silhouette of my dress and took care to hide stitches in the seams. She also sewed a brooch from my great grandmother’s dress to my belt and took amazing care making sure the fragile piece was centered. Thank you, Olga for making me feel amazing!
It was very nice and they were professional and courteous we had a very good experience I would recommend David’s Bridal to everybody who’s thinking of getting married
Our attendant was very nice! She listened attentively, and selected dresses that were very complimentary. Great experience!
I had a concern about a dress and spoke with the Belden Village manager, Brenda Patrone. She was very efficient and took care of the issue right away. I was surprised that the issue was resolved so quickly- way to go Brenda!
