The staff are so friendly and accommodating. They went all out to make my stepdaughter and I feel unique. They expressed genuine interest in my wedding and made us feel so special. We went to SO many bridal stores, boutiques, independently owned places, etc.. and while all of their dresses were BEAUTIFUL everywhere, the customer service at David’s bridal was truly unbeatable and as if our individual dress stylist didn’t already have me sold on the store it’s self , the prices for dresses were unreal! I was told at one store, “paying $6000 for a dress is not uncommon and you’re likely not going to find what you’re looking for without expanding your budget (FOR A DRESS THATS WORN ONCE).... read more

We came with a larger than normal group, high expectations to transfer a very specific look from our bride's mind to her gown, and a strict budget. Christine, with her expertise, vision, attention to detail, ability to HEAR the bride, and enthusiastic approach embraced the challenge, delivering an amazing experience and tailoring to our bride's dream gown. They were more than helpful. Set up my daughters account with info on the bridesmaid dresses, plus dresses for mother and grandmother. Now the girls who are located in several different states can go into any David’s bridal where they live and get exactly what they need!!
