We walked into David's Bridal without an appointment and we were greeted by Karin who got us situated and then another Karen and Corinne were our sales people. They were fantastic helping us with finding dresses that would be perfect for my daughter's prom. They were very busy so we were very grateful that they took the time to help us without an appointment. My daughter found several dresses that she loved and we will be back to look again! Took my daughter to be fitted for the flower girls dress the bride had picked out. Kaitlin was very attentive to my daughter and ensuring that we absolutely ordered the right size flower girl dress. She even went so far as to encourage me to try on some dresses and I found the perfect dress for my niece's wedding in which my daughter will be one of two of the flower girls. Great experience!
On yesterday I had an appointment for my bridal party along with mother of the bride and groom! I went in with an idea of what I wanted and my consultant Brittney King was awesome! She showed me what I wanted and other things as well! She divafied everyone down to my junior bride!!! We were very pleased!
Drove down from Montreal with my friend (the bride) and it was well worth the trip! She was paired up with the associate Lydia and it was such a great experience! Lydia was very patient and knew her products very well. She was helpful and also very attentive to what the bride was looking for in a dress, and as well as what she didn't want in a dress. With Lydia's help the bride found her perfect dress! I would definitely recommend this bridal shop!
Its OK some of the people that work there are kind of mean
I went to the Florence KY location, the lady that helped me was WONDERFUL. I'm sorry I can't remember her name right now but she found the dress I liked on line and a few others that I wanted to try on. Very attentive, very nice and extremely helpful. I wound up buying my dress and a few other accessories for my wedding. She said she was new and she appreciated me telling her how wonderful she was. My daughter and I looked at the dresses for prom online first. We didn't make an appointment, which we should have done, since it was a very busy Sunday. This wasn't a problem, we were greeted with a smile and Amy came to help us. She was great! We got the dress and will return to get it altered after we purchase shoes. Thanks Amy!
