I had a one of a kind experience this Saturday (1/21/16). Karoline O'Donnell was a fantastic stylist, as well as a kind person. She really wanted me to find "the dress". Which I did with her help! Surprisingly, wedding dress shopping was easier than I thought. When we checked in at the appointment desk, they had my daughter's favorites list printed. Our Bridal Consultant was Priscilla, who greeted us with enthusiasm and a smile! She learned my daughter's dress style quickly & seemed to know the inventory well. She was patient & very helpful to make sure my daughter had the dress of her dreams. I had a good experience at David's Bridal. I did find my perfect wedding dress! The service was great but I don't recommend going on the weekend. I had an appointment for noon on Saturday, but I don't think the young lady who was assigned to help me was very attentive. I felt she was overwhelmed with all the chaos that was happening on the floor. It was extremely busy. Most of the staff was friendly. The young lady that checked me in didn't seem like she liked her job that much, she bossed her other coworkers around and did not smile even once. But the lady that helped me try on dresses was very nice, honest, and helpful.
