I was a walk-in and the staff was friendly and accommodating, being very honest about how much time they had and how much I would have to wait for an available attendant. I had already bookmarked a couple of dresses on the David's Bridal website and I showed them to my attendant, Gabi. She gave great suggestions that I hadn't thought about and picked additional dresses for me to try on and exceeded the number of dresses I was told I could try for the first appointment. I ended up saying yes to my dress. Great experience overall.
