RecommendedI had the pleasure of working with Jessica yesterday at my 6pm appointment. Upon arrival she guided me through the available dresses, asked questions about my budget, style etc. She even pulled the dress that I ended up purchasing! I had a literal angel of a sales manager, named Diana Martinez assist me in finding a sold out and back ordered dress today. Diana took the time to listen and problem solve my situation. She was also my last resort before I broke the news to the bride. I had called 7 other stores in 2 other states with no prevail or sense of customer service. I loved working with Danielle. She became one of us and it was so much fun. She knew what to recommend with the feedback I gave about each dress. I gave a vague description of a dress, plus the feedback from the others, and she brought the PERFECT dress over. It was a dress I never would have thought I would be buying, but I'm head over heels about it. She's the sweetest person who cares so much about her job, and it really shows!
