Upon arrival she guided me through the available dresses, asked questions about my budget, style etc. She even pulled the dress that I ended up purchasing! I had a literal angel of a sales manager, named Diana Martinez assist me in finding a sold out and back ordered dress today. Diana took the time to listen and problem solve my situation. She was also my last resort before I broke the news to the bride. I had called 7 other stores in 2 other states with no prevail or sense of customer service. I loved working with Danielle. She became one of us and it was so much fun. She knew what to recommend with the feedback I gave about each dress. I gave a vague description of a dress, plus the feedback from the others, and she brought the PERFECT dress over. It was a dress I never would have thought I would be buying, but I'm head over heels about it. She's the sweetest person who cares so much about her job, and it really shows!
