Great experience & Kristen was phenomenal. She hung in with us with great suggestions; she focused on our issues (yes ladies we all got em) and helped each of us to find dresses that would compliment our body types best. She was patient and personable; kind and accommodating; and very much the consummate professional. This store was a bit of a ride from Plainfield in tons of traffic, but well worth the trip. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. My only issue was that the dress I liked most was not in the color I needed.... read more
