We were there on Sunday at noontime for our appointment....My daughter wants a casual wedding. Our gal, Erin, was wonderful. A good eye, very helpful, was pretty much in tune with what we wanted. Started out just wanting a casual dress, ended up with a gorgeous wedding gown. Also, another gal, Sue Ann was very helpful and spot on as well....My only comment would be for them to tell you when you book a time, to let us know it's just a 90 minute appointment. Several of my Bridesmaid and I went to a David's Bridal in Philly and the customer service was absolutely the worst. We seldom saw our attendant and when we attempted to ask another employee a question she was clearly upset. Needless to say, we left without purchasing anything was quiet dissatisfied. The worst part is that we had an early appointment in the middle of the week so the store was practically empty.
