I said yes to the dress here! I'll be going back for my bridesmaids! Excellent staff, especially loved working Alyssa! Very professional and have a great knowledge of their inventory!
Our consultant (Melissa? Short blonde hair?) was amazing. She was attentive and pulled all the dresses for my bridesmaids without them having to lift a finger. We told her our general idea, and she pulled 20 dresses, easily for our group. She gave great input, put away the dresses we didn't want very quickly, and was a joy to work with. Much MUCH better than the Hamilton location, and worth the drive from Chatham. Thank you David's Bridal!
One big shout out to Kamicka at David's Bridal NY! Not only was she super helpful the day that I found my dress, but she absolutely worked that sweet spot between giving me space to do my thing and being attentive when I needed her. Needless to say, I had a fantastic experience and can't wait to pick up my dress!
I think I was probably DBs nightmare bride. I never thought I'd be a crazy indecisive/regretful bride like you see on SYTTD so often. But I did have a really are time and ended up missing out on a dress I loved. I had some issues at first but after some phone calls and pleading and really desperate attempts to correct my mistake, I was able to get the dress I wanted! I'm so grateful and happy with my recent experience at David's Bridal. I went in search of my bridal gown for my wedding next summer. All of the girls there are so helpful and sweet. I got very lucky to have Laura as my stylist. She was very sweet, attentive and took her time to help me and listen as to what I was looking for. I came into this location confused about the style of dress I wanted and frustrated with appointments from the day before. My consultant Jessica was so patient, and allowed me to try on dresses numerous times and really gave me time to help decide. I finally found the one, and couldn't be happier!
I worked with Shannon on two separate days. She was amazing!! All the staff were very helpful and made me feel comfortable the entire time especially with me bringing my two toddlers. I know I was a picky bride but Shannon was very easy to talk to and didn't mind or treat me as if I was a burden even when I called to order a different dress last minute. Everything was perfect!
