We had a wonderful time with Deb yesterday. I have been there 3 times with 3 different friends and she was by far the best one we have ever had. She was respectful, allowed us to take our time and helped us find the perfect dress for my friend getting married. She also took her time making sure there was nothing else she could have done for us. Katie, the manager at the Sioux Falls, SD store is wonderful and is willing to do whatever she can to help customers! I purchased a bridesmaid's dress at the biggest Davids Bridal store in Maryland for a wedding in a short 8 weeks. The store in Maryland had extremely poor customer service and I was highly dissatisfied when they told me there was nothing they could or were willing to do to try to get the bridesmaid dress earlier than the day prior to the wedding. I can't say enough about the awesome folks at David's Bridal in Johnson City. The staff members with which we worked were truly amazing. From our sales associate, Cambrie, who was a bundle of effervescent excitement and charm as she helped my granddaughter find the perfect wedding dress, to the seamstress, Shane, that so diligently pinned, re-pinned and pinned again until she got the dress just as my granddaughter wanted (and then had to put the dress back on her when she decided she wanted to see it with a belt...but Shane ... read more

I am the Mama of the a Groom and was honored to have my daughter-in-law to be ask me to be part of the dress search. She tried three dresses, each beautiful in their own way. But, you know what they say about the third one-it's a charm! She came out of the dressing room and we both started crying! I have never cried over a dress before. The menfolk said, "Well, if you cried, it must be the one" Taniqa was very patient with us-mostly my many questions. I would definitely recommend David's Bridal!
