Everytime I walked in I was greeted with a smile. The staff were all friendly and they made me feel comfortable. The alterations department was awesome.
After having a horrible experience at the location in my hometown, my matron of honor/ bestie suggested we go out of town to shop around. I went to David's Bridal with low expectations in finding my wedding dress. It was my first bridal dress appointment and we thought that we would leave having a better idea of what sillohuete worked best for me and nothing more. Domonique was my consultant and she was beyond helpful. I had told her the specific things I thought I hated in a dress and she accommodated. The staff here was so amazing. I have never felt so pretty before. Jessica helped me try on dresses and found my dress. Jenna was also really helpful. I was so nervous, planning a wedding is a little overwhelming for me, but the ladies at David's bridal were so helpful. I was put at ease and my friends and family had a great time. Thank you ladies for everything!! I can't wait to find my mom's dress and the bridesmaid gowns ❤️
My evening at David's Bridal was the best sales experience I've ever had. My Mom and I worked with MJ Duvall at the close of the day from 6-8. MJ was absolutely incredible! She interpreted what I was looking for quickly, and knew how to help me narrow my choices without making me feel pressured or rushed even though we stayed until closing and tried on several dresses.. My daughter and her fiancé are planning their wedding for Sept 2017, she had stopped by and tried on several dresses working with Ala, store associate. We went back in last night so I could see the dresses she had tried on.... Of course she tried on her favorite first and never took it off!
