I got my dress here and the consultant was wonderful. She had a second bride to deal with during the appointment, and she handled it well. I'm upset about alterations. My bridesmaids were going to take their dresses (that they bought here) to be altered, and they were told that it'd be $100 to start, no matter what alterations were needed. Ridiculous! Just spoke with Shanaz on the phone who happened to be a manager, wow! what an amazing soul! I am a bridesmaid and the bride and bridal party are all in Ottawa. I came to try the dress she selected on so I know my size but I had questions about what size to order as I am trying to get pregnant. She was kind and helpful and I trust her completely with our choices. She even offered to ship free of charge to my door (as I live 3 hrs away). She made it simple and easy and she was delightful! What a lovely person you are Shanaz!
I had such an amazing experience at Davids Bridal. I was very nervous going in because other times I've been dress shopping I could never find anything that even kinda fit to show me what it would look like. My consultant Lexi was amazing! I felt supper comfortable working with her! And she did everything she could to make my experience looking for a bridal gown amazing!
Kiecia was my consultant and she was absolutely amazing!!! I couldn't have asked for someone better to help me find my beautiful dream dress. Would highly recommend!�
I originally went in to buy my wedding dress (which wasn't the greatest service experience) after the district manager called me to resolve our issues she offered me a discount to come back for some other dresses I may need. I went back to give it a second try and it was definitely better than the first. Still a few little minor problems with being quoted different prices but the store manager and district manager were so great with helping and making it right! I stopped in last minute just to browse with my mom. I'm recently engaged and this was my first experience. The store itself was beautiful from floor to ceiling. The dresses were displayed beautifully and the all around environment was very inviting. With no appointment all the stylist were booked but the woman at the front desk explained the layout of the store and had me look around as she went to see if a stylist would be available for me.
