Brenda is very helpful and patient, this was a good experience.
Overall a good experience. The manager was fantastic, as well as Sandra, the stylist. When I first walked in however I walked back out after the service I received from the front desk. This was my very first bridal shop ever, and had no idea what to do or what to expect. I was made to feel unwelcome, and was left to stand there not knowing what to do next. She was rude to my bridesmaid as well. Like I said the manager and stylist turned it around, but even though I loved a dress, I won't go back.
We had the best assistant helping us. Her name is Kim and she was beyond amazing. My party of 5 had a most memorable time there I am positive we will recall it always. Thank you Kim thank you for being awesome. You are a rock star. The selection was great and people were friendly.
When i walked into the shop, everyone was so helpful and never made me feel pressured into anything i didn't really want to try on. They really tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible with the whole experience,
I just found the PERFECT dress. Thanks to the most amazing consultant EVER. Ashley, you rock! I couldn't have done it without you. Thanks so much for your help and knowledge and for making me feel special. I HATE trying on clothes, but you made it so much fun. Keep up the amazing customer service!

I had the best experience there yesterday, Sunday, September 18th. My sales associate, Diana, was ready for my 11:00 appointment. And although she was also working with a bridal party of 10-12, I never felt like she wasn't interested in helping me find the perfect Mother of the Groom dress. I was able to get the hemming appointment right away. At checkout I was given, without asking, a $20.00 off coupon for my dress. I found shoes, and my dress will be ready October 5th.
