Today I accompanied my soon to be daughter-in-law, to exchange her dress at the last minute due to size issues. We were assisted by the ever helpful and knowledgable Felecia Lewis. She found just the right dress, in the right size and matched it up with a petticoat, veil, tiara, shoes, and of course, the garter. The dress alterations will be done in the next 3 days so she will have her dress ready in plenty of time before the wedding next Sunday. Selene was amazing. Even though the dresses I had picked online in my favorites didn't show up on their end she brought me several dresses I only tried on two before I found 'The One'
The manage Victoria was great and made my day great. 1st time ever stepping foot into a David Bridal so I didn't know what to do and the way I was approached wasn't to my liking. Waited 20 after my appointment time and finally Victoria walked up to me and helped me and made my experience a wonderful one. I felt so beautiful and pretty. I went there not wanting a strapless dress at all and walked out buying one. Thank you Victoria
Loni is the BEST!!! From the time we walked in she made my daughter feel special and comfortable! She listened to her likes and dislikes and did all she could to make our experience magical. This is the first place we visited that as the mom I got to sit down and let someone else do the work of pulling dresses and helping try on. It was so professional and so much fun and yes she said yes to the dress! Thank you Loni and all the staff for making my daughters day of dress shopping such a delight!
