I loved my experience with David's Bridal. I went in for the first time and was nervous and overwhelmed with all the dresses. I had a bridal appointment with my mom and my maid of honour, my stylist came up to us, introduced herself and the process began. My stylist was Alison, She was beyond amazing!!!! I went in without an appointment just because I had a feeling I was going to find the dress of my dreams. I got helped fairly quickly especially for it being so busy and not having an appointment. Jenny was my consultant and was wonderful. I tried on 3 dresses that I picked out and I was not in love with them. I explained to Jenny exactly what I was looking for and she knew right away what the perfect dress was. I tried the dress on and it was absolutely perfect!!!! Kaitlyn was amazing. She was very patient and understanding of what I was looking for and wanted. She offered suggestions I loved and was able to include my family. She was in no rush and let me take my time to try and decide. She was friendly and I felt very comfortable with her. I would recommend Kaitlyn Mitchell!
These stars are all for Yolanda. I was ready to never return to Davids Bridal because of a terrible experience. I can in for a fitting and ordered my bridesmaid dress online according to how I was fit in store. The gown arrived and completely DID NOT fit. It was not returnable or exchangeable. So i bought a new dress one size up- it was much too big. I though that this was strange seeing how i was fit for the exact dress in store. Barbra Holden is such an awesome woman. Sept 16th 2016 I went to purchase a wedding dress and I kept telling her ...no I want to try on another dress. I have had such great experiences here. The staff is wonderful, all bridesmaids got their dresses ordered and everything came in perfectly. Wedding is next Friday And we all look fantastic.
