I'd like to say I'm beyond happy with this store. I came to the door, with no appointment, kind of lost cause I don't know anybody who could help me in this city to find my perfect dress. The ladies listened to me and as soon as I showed the picture they said they had the dress I was looking for. In 1 hour I was ringing the bell and in tears cause I found my perfect dress! Thanks ladies for the awesome time and for making me feel special and not alone.

Alert: this review is based off of the alteration department. Overall great experience they had me leave happy! I got Renae Hall the first time I went in for my wedding dress fitting and she was amazing, took her time helped whenever needed, explained things to my mother so we knew what was going on. She had to take in my dress and what not. So I left my dress and went back for my second fitting unfortunately I didn't get Renae this time and my experience was let's just say not good. I LOVED trying on all the wedding dresses until they found me the perfect one. The ladies that helped us were fantastic. I am very pleased with our purchase and the alterations department is phenomenal. I can't wait to pick up my dress next month!!
I have to say this location is fabulous and completely saved the day since my bridesmaid dress did not fit correctly. They altered it on the spot and ensured the dress fit perfect afterwards. Their patience was astounding and I will definitely be back!
I bought my bridal gown and my entire wedding party At the Philadelphia store. I had a exceptional experience with the entire staff. They were very professional and made me feel beautiful !!! I went looking for a short, casual wedding dress to do a simple courthouse wedding in. Irina and Hallie helped me pick out the perfect one, offering me options and accessories to customize my gown, bringing my vision into reality. When it came time to order the dress, they went above and beyond trying to find me my clearance gown in the proper size (they had a 10 but I needed an 8) from a different store.
