Great working with lovely lady Ashley! She was wonderful, attentive and took great notes of our needs! Unlike those girls at the Scottsdale location the week before where we waited 30 min. for our appt. and when it STILL didn't begin, I just pulled bridesmaids dresses myself and got started. We weren't finished by closing and were asked to make another appt. to come back and finish. it never crossed their minds (or lips) to work a little later to satisfy the customer. After having an AWFUL first experience with my first dress appointment at a local shop in Lake Charles, LA, I made an appointment here at David's in Beaumont. We arrived early so we were given a book to thumb through and told to look through dresses to get an idea on what we liked. I said "Yes" to the dress and my sales representatives!!!! Terri was the first person I had interaction with. She was very professional and sincere about fulfilling my wants! Rebeka was the next person to help find the dress! I felt like I was shopping with a old girlfriend! She guided me to the dress that I will wear on one of the happiest days of my life! I'm forever grateful and can't wait to wear that dress!
All the times I have dealt with David's has been good except once. The one time that was not exceptional a was because the girl was trying to do two fittings at once and that just doesn't work. We were there the other day and the lady was very helpful and the seamstress spent half hour with us. It was very nice. NOW just to wait and see how it turns out in the end!!
I said "yes to my dress" yesterday at this location! Yesterday I had an appointment at 1, for my 6 bridesmaids, 2 mothers, grandmother, and flower girl. It was a little slow going at first. We were there, probably about 10/15 minutes before we were even told where to go. After that, it was another 15 minutes before my attendant even started pulling dresses.
