I bought my bridesmaids dresses from here. I had no issue at all with finding what I wanted and the staff did help when I asked. The only issue I have is they tell you something will take about 4-6 months to come in and you feel pressured to buy something so it will be in in time. The dresses arrived less than 3 weeks from when I ordered them. Needless to say I got them in plenty of time!
I went to David's Bridal in London to look for a dress for a party. The stylist that helped me was incredible! She was very knowledgeable and really listened to my needs. they got me into alterations right away and the great service continued. everyone there was so friendly and fun. Thank David's Bridal...I will be back...
Thank you so Much for your help Courtney!...UPDATE: hats off to the staff and a award for the best multitasking in retail I have ever seen goes to Manager Debbie Souza! She helped me navigate an exchange within 1hr of the original purchase. We had an ice blue challenge to complete. I paid close attention to how they not only helped me but assisted others. Motivated ladies weilding ipads with smiles. Grace and calm thank you all for your assistance.
I had a few different stylists, and a couple different appointments (so many styles to try on!) I found my wedding dress and it was under budget! (Even better!) can't wait to try it on again and pick it up in a couple weeks. Also, I had a few minor alterations done, and I was quite worried going in, as there are more bad reviews then good reviews over the alterations department. They did a great job on my dress. I would definitely recommend them.
Yary and Tianna were amazing! I had such a great experience working with them recently while purchasing my bridesmaid dress! My sister also purchased her wedding dress here and I must say the service gets better every time I come in! You can tell it is under new management. I love the store and will highly recommend to friends and family!
