My consultant, Amanda, was very friendly and amazing at what she does. I came in not really knowing what I was looking for, but she worked with me and offered her own opinion by showing me her favorite dress, which I ended up choosing. Thank you, David's Bridal in North Olmsted and Amanda!
What a great experience! My niece had a VERY firm idea in her head of what she wanted and it looked like all was lost when it wasn't available (anywhere). Our consultant was so patient and kind to her, in no time she had her coming around and less than an hour later...her DREAM dress! She looked like a princess and when the perfect shoes materialized from nowhere...icing on the cake. Nice save, ladies!
I purchased my dress for my daughter's wedding here it was such a pleasant experience. I wish I had purchased my daughters' dresses from this location as well, but fortunately after a bad experience at another store, Jennifer the manger here saved the day. Thank you Jennifer and all of the staff that assisted with my daughters' alterations and for putting the smile back on her face
Amazing experience working with Tara! I had an awful experience at a different David's Bridal location 2 weeks ago and Tara completely turned that around and helped me find the perfect dress! I'd 100% recommend Tara to anyone that I know!
Went last Sunday to try on wedding dresses, not thinking I would find the one. Robert my consultant was FANTASTIC. He read me like a book, was not intrusive nor was he pushy to get a sale. He made me feel beautiful and even cried with me , he also made my squad feel welcomed as they rummaged racks to find the one! He is a gem to your store, thank you Robert for a great day, you made this bride very happy!
