Omitra was INCREDIBLE. She was so kind and never made me feel rushed... at one point I invited her to the wedding because she had "gotten to know me" so well. I will forever be thankful for her and the experience that I had..btw the dress I said, "Yes!" to was the first dress I tried on... she's amazing.
My entire experience with David's Bridal Syracuse NY has been amazing ... The store manager Mary and the sales staff are great !!! I appreciate the time and effort they put into ordering my dream dress.... I wanted my dress since November 2015. When I saw it on the website I knew it was "the one" I was disappointed they did not carry Zac Posen dresses in the Syracuse location. Mary did a wonderful job of finding comparable dresses ... I was at David's Bridal in Tampa this past weekend for a specific wedding dress I fell in love with and had to try on. I am from Orlando and the dress was only in Tampa so I took the 2 hour drive for this dress. I am SO happy I did. Everyone there was awesome, especially Linda, who was super attentive and helpful and made my experience so worth the drive. Then I ordered my dress and Emily helped me, who was amazing and super friendly, as well. Thank you ladies for a great experience!
I found my wedding dress in just 2 visits to DB and I am still in love with it, even after the wedding! The staff at this location are always so friendly and helpful.The alterations department was also very accommodating and pleasant to work with.
I had an appointment to pick out my bridal dress on Sunday July 17th, my consultant was Maria! I cant thank her enough for all the work she did for me, she was FAAAANNNTASTIC!!!! I went in there with a few dresses in mind and she gave me those to try on and she also picked a couple herself that she liked, my dream dress ended up being one of the ones she picked.
