Mrs. Phyllis is awesome!! She is hands down the best in alterations!! I missed my appointment yesterday because I thought it was today! I have visited the David's Bridal numerous times since I got engaged last July to buy gift cards, purchase various swatches to decide on colors and look at possible bridesmaid dresses. Everytime I saw Kay one of the assistant managers and she was always friendly and helpful plus she remembered me everytime I came in. I finally booked an appt for my own dress and I had it yesterday. I wanted to give a shout out to Manager Emily and sales consultants Samantha and Linda S., for going above and beyond for me. All three of them I feel went out of their way to help me find my dream dress and give me and my bridal party a fun experience. About six weeks ago I was there and ordered a dress, but when the dress came in I had serious buyers remorse. Shea (I think that's how it's spelled) was wonderful! I went in today to find dresses for my bridal party & she gave me her honest opinion, but!!!! She also helped me find my dream wedding gown! Definitely will be recommending this location while she's still there and will be coming back to ask for her when my bridal party is ready to try on the dresses!
My visit was great! My wedding dress that I don't even know if going to fit properly is scheduled to be here 4 days before my wedding day. And there is nothing David's Bridal can do to help me. Thought for sure that almost 5 months before my wedding was far enough ahead to order a wedding dress and get it here at least a week before the wedding day.
