I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Greenville Davids Bridal!! My daughter was in a jam for a prom dress because the seam on her original dress busted at the seam, 6 days before the Prom. We went to the Raleigh store where she tried on a dress fell in love how ever it was one size too small. The lady there was nice but didn't go out her way. I just wanted to say how fantastic my experience was at this store! I originally was coming in on a spur of the moment kind of thing and I was definitely not planning on buying my dress. Thanks to my lovely consultant, Julie, I was able to try on and buy my dream dress-all on the same day! All of the ladies who worked that day were so sweet and accommodating! I can't wait to go back this weekend with my bridesmaids and find their dresses!
It was my first time being at a David's bridal and first time trying on a wedding dress. I didn't have an appointment, so I did a walk in and did not have to wait. The receptionist was very friendly. Rebecca helped me find nice dresses, she was very helpful and always being attentive.
I read these reviews and my experience was completely different. I went in , unannounced, looking for a prom dress w my daughter and my 14 month old. Super accommodating. My son broke a jewel from a bracelet and they didn't even bat an eyelash. Found the dress and went to alterations in just over an hour. Extremely happy we went there.
Fitting manager and team are so wonderful. Took good care of me today when it started off bad . Had a wonderful experience. Thank you
I went to David's a couple months ago and couldn't decide on a dress. I went to another shop to see what they had and they were absolutely no help at all. I went back to David's and asked for Michelle again, she is the best!!! I found a dress that I love and cannot wait to wear it! Seriously, these are the best group of ladies, especially Michelle A., she was amazing!!!
I had a wonderful experience there today. I had appointment and even though I was fifteen minutes late due to traffic they were happy to start it when I got there. Kristi was my helper for the afternoon. She was absolutely amazing. I told her what I was looking for and she picked the best dresses to try. She helped me accessorize with every dress and really was supportive in making sure I found everything I wanted. At the end she said she wanted to go back for one more dress she thought I would like.
