Melissa from this location was absolutely great!! She made this experience memorable and very enjoyable. I did not feel stressed at all. Melissa worked with styles & budgets and gave me a nice variety. The appointment was on time and we even went over our time limit! The best experience ever, we were just going to walk in and get an idea what size and style dress I wanted for my wedding. The receptionist was very friendly, took my information and explained that the store was quit busy and a stylist will assist us shorty. Ms. Amanda called us shortly and went over the entire catalog with us, answered all the questions we had. She helped me trying into 6 different style dresses and give us many suggestions. I had the worst experience yesterday at the dearborn store. I ended up going to Taylor and it was AMAZING. Allie was wonderful and I said yes to the dress !! Thank you for everything!!
What a great group of girls working together to make it happen for me. They helped me find the out fit I needed. Tracked it from Another store, helped me place an online order for shipment to my home and were very kind to my husband. Overall an excellent experience. Store manager Aileen and sales Representative were very efficient. Overall a very painless and pleasant experience.
